Verulamium Spa is managed by Everyone Active (“Agent”) acting as agent for St Albans City & District Council. Your contract for Spa services is with the Council directly but our Agent may enforce these Terms and Conditions on our behalf. Where in these terms we refer to “We” “Us” or “Council”, we are referring to St Albans District Council and where the context permits, our Agent.
