Towels & Robes Policy
We provide one towel per guest for using the spa facilities. When using the spa facilities and having treatments we provide a towel and robe. Please bring your own swimwear and indoor footwear as these cannot be provided.
A traditional sauna, the temperature is maintained between 80 – 100 degrees centigrade. The benefits include eliminating toxins from the body & relieving stress.
Large amounts of high temperature steam help rid the body of toxins, boost the immune system & aid relaxation, ideal after a workout or for a relaxating experience.
