To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend booking all treatments and use of the spa facilities in advance. Please contact Blackbrook Spa to make a booking.

What time should I arrive for a spa day or treatment?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your spa day or treatment so you can familiarize yourself with your surroundings and fill out a health questionnaire. Please note if you are late to your appointment this may affect the treatment duration as we are unable to go over the allotted time or we may not be able to facilitate the appointment.

What is the cancellation policy?

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged in full or redemption from your gift voucher.

If I needed to move my treatment within 48 hrs will I be charged?

If you do need to move your appointment within 48 hours, we will be unable to refund your appointment.

What is the minimum age to use the spa facilities and treatments?

The minimum age for access to Blackbrook Spa is 16. Beauty treatments are available from 14, but must be accompanied by the adult at all times.

Do I need to pay for my treatment at the time of booking?

All treatments require full payment at point of booking. No booking can be made without payment being received.

I have a third party voucher (Red Letter Day, Buy A gift) what do I need to bring with me?

You will need to bring a printout of your voucher, and flip flops.

I would like a spa package but can’t see one that suits our requirements, do you offer bespoke packages?

Yes we are able to offer bespoke packages, please contact Blackbrook Spa to discuss your requirements.

Do you have lockers to secure my belongings?

Yes there are lockers in the changing rooms, which are activated with key pad. No coins are required.

What should I wear for my visit to the spa?

We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and all valuables are kept securely in your locker or left at home.

Do I need a patch test?

A patch test for all tinting treatments must be done at least 24 hours before the treatment.
