1. Select your treatment from your Spa’s home page and click ‘Book Now’,
2. Begin the online booking process, to confirm the time, date and treatment details,
– If you have previously used the Premier Spa portal, you will need to sign in using your user name and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password.
– If you are new to the portal, click on ‘sign in, then choose the ‘register’ option and complete the short form to set up your account. Please note that we require an email address and phone number to create your account. You will then be able to log in.
We will require a 50% online deposit to secure your booking. The remainder of the cost of your treatment will be charged upon arrival at spa reception. If you are an Everyone Active Platinum member, your discount will be applied at the spa reception.
3. Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email.
4. Click the link in the email and make sure you select your chosen spa as your location.
5. Once logged in, please complete your medical questionnaire. Here you can also view your past and future appointments.
