To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend booking all treatments and use of the spa facilities in advance. Please contact Bromsgrove Spa to make a booking.

What time should I arrive for a spa day or treatment?

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to a treatment or 20 minutes early for a spa day so you can familiarize yourself with your surroundings, and fill out a health questionnaire.. To use the gym with a spa day you need to download the Everyone Active app and complete a short induction (if you haven’t completed this previously).

What is the cancellation policy?

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. We can rearrange appointments and this can also be done on the app.

If I needed to move my treatment within 24 hrs will I be changed?

If you do need to move your appointment within 24 hours, we can offer this on one occasion.

Do I need to pay for my treatment or spa package at the time of booking?

Yes, we require full payment at the time of booking for both treatments and spa packages. This can also be done via our app.

What is the minimum age to use the spa facilities and treatments?

The minimum age for access to the spa is 16. Beauty treatments are available from 14, but must be accompanied by the adult at all times.

I have a third party voucher (Red Letter Day, Buy A gift) what do I need to bring with me?

You will need to bring a print out of your voucher, and flip flops. Towels and robes are provided during your visit.

I would like a spa package but can’t see one that suits our requirements, do you offer bespoke packages?

Yes we are able to offer bespoke packages, please contact the spa to discuss your requirements.

Do you have lockers to secure my belongings?

Yes there are lockers in the changing rooms, which are activated with a padlock which are available from spa reception.

What should I wear for my visit to the spa?

We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and all valuables are kept securely in your locker or left at home.

Do I need a patch test?

A patch test for all tinting treatments must be done at least 24 hours before.
